Yes. A $25 deposit reserves an individual appointment, and a $50 deposit reserves a group appointment. Your deposit is applied to your total.

Please give us at least [24/48] hours' notice. Deposits for later cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If you're running more than [15] minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

Yes, with a parent or guardian present at the appointment to give consent.

Please tell us about any metal sensitivities or implanted medical devices, such as a pacemaker, before your weld. We'll help you choose a safe option, and we may decline a service if we don't believe it's safe for you.

For an MRI, surgery, or medical procedure, your provider may ask you to remove it. Simply cut the chain near the weld, keep it somewhere safe, and we can re-weld it afterward. Most people go through airport security with their permanent jewelry on without any trouble.

We weld only the chains and charms we carry, so we can stand behind the quality of every piece and every weld.

Yes. Our chains are made for everyday life. Chlorine, salt water, and harsh chemicals can dull the finish over time, so give your piece a quick rinse with fresh water after swimming.

Wash it with mild soap and warm water, then pat it dry with a soft cloth. Try to keep perfume, lotion, and cleaning products off the chain when you can.

Keep the chain and bring it to us. If it breaks at the weld within 72 hours of your appointment, we'll re-weld it free. We bring the chains, charms, and welder to you for birthdays, bridal showers, girls' nights, and team events. Parties need a minimum of 3 guests and a non-refundable $50 deposit to reserve your date.

Just a table, seating, good lighting, and access to an electrical outlet. We'll take care of the rest.

Yes, throughout Greater Atlanta. Events outside our service area may include a travel fee, which we'll confirm before you book. Changes to the date, time, or guest count need to be made at least 3 days before your event.
